3月21日-3月22日：上海、苏州考察

3月21日的上午，我们离开了城市学院，坐了3个小时的车，起程到上海。在上海，我们参观了“城隍庙”、“万国博物馆”、“外滩”等旅游景点。那里的夜景，可是非常不得了哦！城市化的上海，给我的感觉就好像新加坡一样。那里的体育场可是大到……而且我在车上还似乎看到JJ林俊杰2006年演唱会的地点！我们还经过了“南浦大桥”！！好壮观哦！！

那天晚上，我们就在这间汽车旅馆过夜，准备隔天早晨到苏州去。这里终于让我看到中国的电视节目了！！（感动）

第二天，到了苏州，我们到了“虎丘”和“留园”。在旅途上，我们还经过“新加坡工业区”，还去参观“珍珠场”。原来，苏州那里是盛产珍珠的，而且那里的珍珠非常便宜！！

I saw JJ Sprite in CHINA!!!

JJ Sixology Collector's Album!! I dint buy it though i want it alot.. It has a Checkered Hat & Shirt (Not very nice..) and can only be found in CHINA!!

The in-school Cafe that sells Soya Bean Milk and other food.. VERY YUMMY!!

YONG SHENG IN CHINA (DAY 1-3)

I am currently in Zhejiang University City College, Hangzhou, China. It has been 3 days after the 5-hour long flight that bounded for Shanghai from Singapore on Friday, 27 February 2009, at 0055 hrs.

The weather here is freezing cold and I sort of missed Singapore because of the warmth and comfort. So, Singaporeans out there shouldn't complain so much about the HOT weather. You should feel lucky. The weather at my side is super cold.. 6 DEGREES CELCIUS + RAIN (No Snow).

Besides the weather, I miss my MUM, DAD and LINGZHENG!! The family warmth from home is so important..

Well, I also missed my AH HUA + AH BOON that Zhihui gave me on Thursday night. I only managed to spend a few hours with them before going to Singapore Changi International Airport Terminal 3. Thank you Quek Mama, Rong Po, Da Bai Cai, Xiao Bai Cai, Dory, Jiajun and Mingquan for taking the time ff to send me off at the Airport!! =]

My FIRST meal (LUNCH) @ ZUCC's North Canteen.. We have to pay using a CARD and they start their LUNCHTIME at 1130 hrs!! That's SO EARLY!! The sky colour also differs from Singapore. The sky will turn completely dark by 7pm (= Singapore's 8pm or 9pm).

Yesterday Night, our lecturer LEE KOW FONG treated us to a sumptious meal at a restaurant. The 8-Course meal LOOKS LIKE A BANQUET!!

i just had another movie treat from my xiaogor at engwah jubilee.. we watched WANTED on the first day of its screening!!

this show is one that all men should not miss.. and especially huiyuan shouldn't miss this show too..

this show is gross with bloody scenes and lots of action. it may give you a headache at the beginning part cos of the jump, but at the end you'll love it..

this show is categorized as NC16.. you'll noe why.. cos the bloody scenes are gross and the show is full of vulgarities..

some scenes that i cant forget.. especialy the last one: What F*** Had You Done Lately?

a little touching though..

well this show meant alot, u will come to know at the end that u must not let ur perceptions become a belief..

this show, to me, teaches us morals. although some parts are exaggerating, it taught me one thing.. not all the people around you are worth trusting..

I went to watch Speed Racer yesterday with my Xiao Gor at Eng Wah Jubilee.. VERY SHIOK!!

Cos we had the whole cinema to ourself.. we only paid $14 for 2 persons and when we enter, there was no one.. Guess it's really a good place for all couples.. lol..

I was very amazed by the effects and animation of the show.. The storyline's great too.. EVERYONE should watch..

I forgot to ON my mic la.. cos Jun Wei lao shi went to change the Recording MD and distracted me.. lol
Den Jun Wei lao shi commented that i was rushing through my reading.. AND i dint say why i choose the song.. OH SHIT MAN!!
But Jun Wei lao shi said my voice was nice over the broadcast and i noe how to distant my mic and use it to change emotions or emphasize stuff.. which i dint notice at all la.. too obsessed with reading my script le i guess..
And my song screwed up becos menglan changed cd and accidentally opened my cd.. haiz.. but it was accidental and dint cause my grades to change.. luckily.. but i dont blame her la.. cos she dint do it on purpose.. hahahx..

OH.. Sorry for not updating for so so so long.. hahax..
quite a number of things happened last two months..
we'll start from the end of spop..

spop was the day which i first saw my junior from year one.. it's kinda coincidental tat we were both in jjfc.. cool man.. spop wasthe best performance.. esp all the scenes with jj.. hahax..

well next up, JJ's Birthday Bash @ Kbox Cineleisure.. hahax.. i'm so kinda lucky and it was so damn fun.. Danny Yeo was the host and it was so unexpected.. well the two guys on stage seemed so 'gayish'.. hahax.. cos they seem to have some 'a bit yellow' conversation which made the whole group of audience laugh like mad.. hahax.. and i'm VERY lucky to win the lucky draw out of the approx 130 fans.. and JJ only gave out 1 Samsung Live Loud Phone SGH-i450.. so cool.. ya.. and he zhu dong to shake hands with me twice.. aww.. kinda miss his handshake.. well the only regret is i cannot find any photographs of me and JJ. ARGHH..

april was FOC'08 where i mingled with the HMS-ians and found my new grp of AGAPIANS!! and found a good friend, or maybe overaged junior, whom i call UNCLE WAYNE, sometimes UNCLE CHONGTAK.. cos he CLAIMS tat he's older than me.. lol..

and not long after, school started.. haiz.. yuppxx..i believe tat's all tat i missed in the updates..

yesterday was fun with the CHS Welcome Party 2008 @ Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan.. wow.. the Hokkien Huay Kuan ppl really made me feel so touched cos they saved the lives of Logistics by providing us with Laptop Sound Cable.. cool.. and they sponsored us with lots of gifts la.. =]

after which, our dearest CHS COMM zhu xi aka BanZhang, subsidised our meal at The Cafe Cartel.. very cool.. THANK YOU WAIFOONG!!

But i'm very disgusted and traumatized by something.. will reveal in probably my next post when the task is done..

i'm actually very high last weekend.. hahax.. you would have guessed it.. yupp. cos of spop hurray music gala.. can u imagine it? i really performed with jj worx.. hahax..

and there's more to be worth happy about.. well.. saturday was the first rehearsal with the JFJ Productions' boss, WAYNE JJ LIN JUN JIE.. he was actually really different between him on tv and him not on tv.. his personality seems to be more active than usual.. i got surprised too.. i was at row 5 for the performance.. too bad the cameraman dint walk past me.. but during the first rehearsal, i was on cloud nine rehearsing with jj.. and u noe wad? after the performance, when jj left the stage, he actually walked the direction towards me and smiled at me when he was BESIDE me.. OMG!! IT WAS LESS THAN 10CM.. den he walked behind me and discussed further regarding the performance with the mediacorp staff..

about an hour later.. we went down to IMM for his autograph session.. most enjoyable.. cos it's the first autograph session i attended as a JJFC member.. wah.. jj really made my day man.. when it was my turn up on stage for his autograph, i called him 小莊, a character he acted in his new comedy film.. and he was like "Eh!!" in an amazed tone + a =D.. oh my god.. and he signed the album with a heart shaped at the end of his signature. wow.. tat was my first album he signed with a heart shape.. normally it's for the gals only.. this tym, my fren, who's a guy, got it too.. but yueming dint get the heart la.. and he was like "EE.. 他不喜欢我"~jokingly.. i was like ~~DUHH~~ hahax.. well tat was the last tym i saw him for saturday.. actually expected tat he will return back to indoor stadium with us for the night rehearsal..

sunday.. actual day le worx.. well.. my position changed a little.. but still at row5.. was damn happy when the stage manager announced for my column to open a gap at the beginning so that JJ COULD ENTER.. omg again la.. jj is gg to walk beside me again.. hahaha..
when night draws in, i saw lots of artistes and music teachers entering the hall.. when we went on stage, jj really walked past me lehh.. wah.. it's shuang wan lorr.. i think shuang ying and jinli will be damn jealous if she sees this post.. hahax.. it's good to be in the fc..

good news.. jj will be one of the torch holders in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games Torch Relay.. wow.. i'm so proud of him la.. hmm thursday will be the last tym i see him le.. it's his bday bash at kbox cineleisure.. and it's only for invited guests.. after which gotta wait till august before he comes back bahx..

hmm.. really hope his company will open up stores in singapore.. i wan the tshirts tat he designed personally..

i had a headache today. after not sleeping for more than 36 hours.. and that's why i was absent for a briefing with regards to the Chinese Cultural Camp @ Ngee Ann Primary School.. well the meeting was in Ngee Ann Polytechnic.. so dont be mistaken.. [though the location of the meeting does not really affect the purpose of this post]..

i went to mediacorp for a rehearsal for spop yesterday.. quite fun though.. but the dance steps are weird.. you'll get to see how weird it is if you turn on the tv this sunday.. but the process of learning the steps is quite enjoying.. words cant describe it.. well most of us were shocked when we heard that we had to hold on to pom-poms on that day.. i was like.. jaws dropped..

before the rehearsal, i went to the National University of Singapore with Yueming and Clement.. and there is where shocked me too.. for those who are yearning to go into NUS to take Chinese Studies in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences with your Polytechnic Diploma, you may wanna keep that thought aside.. reason is because, they need at least a B4 Grade Singapore-Cambridge General Certificate of Education 'Ordinary' Level (GCE 'O' Level) in Higher Chinese.. and gues wad? the course does not recognise Diploma in Chinese Studies from Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of Humanities at the moment.. wad the hell la.. i don even have that.. well.. see how things go.. if necessary, i might consider taking that..

speaking of studies, i'm feeling quite down.. after one year in my course, i did some reflections.. with my kinda results and the above-mentioned para, i sometimes ask myself.. why am i in that course.. wad can the course bring me to? and have i wasted my tym and SGD$2.1K annually??

though stiu having the slight headache, i stiu could not resist going down to mac.. i know some ppl are gg to scold me.. are u not gg to slp again and fall sick one fine day just like the case today?? hahax. don worry.. i will take care of myself.. most of you may have known, i work in mac before.. and yes.. i went back to the same store.. i feel like putting this up as i cant tolerate that manager or rather, that fat woman anymore.. though i'm no longer in the system.. i resigned oso bcos i don wanna see her face.. and her working attitude is terrible.. leave all her crews to die in service and she would rather sit in the manager room and slack. onli noe how to act in front of her superiors.. and she backstabbed me b4.. tat's y i hate her. hate backstabbers.. she overthrow the previous restaurant manager and followed her footsteps.. guess tat's the reason y she get promoted to the 1st assistant manager.. now, she don even respect the current restaurant manager.. she immediately report to the business consultant.. someone higher than the restaurant manager.. see how terrible that fat woman is.. as i'm not workin for mac now, i try to keep myself friendly.. so i actually greeted her when i saw her.. u noe she just totally ignored me?? i guess she must have had enough of greetings working part-time in the Singapore Zoological Garden's PIG enclosure by approaching visitors in the farm.. hahax.. [i actually don wanna say this.. cos i feel bad.. but on second thought, she is not worth of my sympathy].. i don understand wad the f is wrong with her.. almost everytym in her shift, i see her calling the police for some minor stuff.. heard the police department are damn fedup with her too.. and it's always her shift that i get to see police.. stoopid rite?? it's not as if she saw the guy tat we all see on the poster pasted all around singapore.. does she have to alert the police everytym?? wad happens if she kena rape one day?? is she going to participate in elections so that she can get the best guards in the whole island?? but i suppose no guy would wanna do that to her.. cos she's too FAT FAT FAT.. imagine i'm obese enough and she's double the size of me?? don picture this image in your mind.. you would probably puke till your organs come out.. and you'll never regret you puked.. for those in Chinese Stdies, you would probably think that our ZHUXI is better.. not the owner of the blog but the actual person herself.. you shud noe wad i'm tokin about..

yupp.. i'm still talking abt that mr lee who has left for brisbane for his phd.. well, he requested not to have anyone to send him off. but i still dint heed his advice and went to the airport with a friend.. specially to send him off after going to the natas fair at singapore expo.. well, it's kinda sad.. but dint get to se his plane take-off.. cos of the tinted glass that terminal three uses..
well but 'm hapy to send him off to the departure gate.. will miss him lots.. yupp.. he left yesterday.. was very happy tat he landed safely in brisbane this morning.. haiz.. wonder when will i get to see him again.. lol.. but i'm still clever.. why?? cos i guessed his flight details correctly.. haha.. hello.. i got do my homework de ok..

and yes shihui.. tongking bro has always been cute in the eyes of many seniors.. so of course his photos will also be cute.. one thing is tat try not to use the term dasao anymore.. cos tongking bro may not like it.. haha. although we know why u have this title assigned to you.. well i do have another photo. but i decided not to disclose it.. cos i think he'll be damn angry about it if he sees tat.. cos in that photo, he really looks like one professional teacher and i believe it's worse than the one on shuangying's blog..

i have started to countdown.. on the remaining hours gor is staying in singapore.. upon posting up this post, i'm less than 42 hours to leaving him.. that's approximately one and a half days..

thusday, 28 feb.. this is the day which made me feel i'm older.. cos i went to see the first batch of year twos going to zhejiang and hangzhou.. tat means tat very soon it'll be my turn to leave singapore.. if according to plan, i'll leave in Sept 2009 for Wuhan.. although i've always hoped to zhejiang.. heard from seniors tat wuhan will be cold, below zero degrees when i'm supposed to be there.. cos it's during autumn and nearing winter.. well, at least i'll have a chance to see real snow.

well before that was even more saddening.. yea.. you've probably guessed it.. the person whom i've been thinking of the whole week and couldn't bear to see him leave.. yupxx, he's none other than my tongking gor.. well had tea with him tgt with shihui and jane.. as usual, i jio them along de. all becos shihui was my god-dasao.. haix.. a bit ridic la.. cos i was hoping my gor wud ya noe, get a caucasian back.. haha.. jokin.. as usual, i was late.. well gor said i wasnt the worst case.. we headed for megabites at SIM and all we did was to see tongking drinking his English Breakfast Tea.. and i kena suaned for not catching it.. lol.. in fact, was kena suaned for the whole day ba.. well.. shihui was the mastermind.. haix..

well, i called tongking gor for the first time face-to-face.. tongking din wan me to call him gor.. not becos he dint approve.. don listen to shihui.. cos he told me in the evening that he felt it was rather 肉麻.. lol.. but he told me he was okie with it.. i asked if it was becos he was too 敏感 over it?? but he did not answer the question.. perhaps it's becos he left out that line cos it was a "textual chatting session" . but during the tea session, he told us tat he was the youngest in his family.. so he might not be able to get used to the term 'gor'.. lol.. but since he said he's okie with it, i continued to call him my gor..

another thing that was very coincidental too.. i did told gor that i might further my studies in the University of Queensland.. might take up the Bachelor of Arts (BA).. it was only on thursday night that i knew from huiting that this university is located in BRISBANE.. u noe wad tat means?? gor is taking his 'permanent head damage' (phd) certificate in the same university too.. haiz.. no wonder he said he hope to see me in australia..

the tea session wasnt a long one.. i gave a card to gor.. wad are the contents?? i decided to leave it confidential.. well gotta apologise to gor, shihui and jane here that the reason for being late on that day was becos i was preparing the card.. hahax.. gor bought a green tea jelly and wanted us to share with him.. in the end, only shihui shared the romantic session with gor.. wanna know why?? cos we wan the both of them to get 甜蜜.. haha.. and guess wad was gor's reply?? "我才不要跟她甜蜜。" hahax.. 笑死我too.. anyway, this tea session with tongking seemed to be the hot topic this week.. cos heard from the toliyaa huiyuan tat THE WHOLE SCHOOL KNOWS ABOUT IT!!

after the tea session, i went back to ang mo kio and slacked in the mac near my house before heading to Singapore Changi International Airport where i saw crying faces as the time draws nearer for the seniors to go into the DEPARTURE GATE.. gor wanted me to help him to send his regards to shuangying.. he dint wanna go over to the airport nor did he wanna speak to any seniors.. reason is simple.. he don wan any crying.. well for those seniors who dint catch the message that night:

"Ask them to study hard and not to forget me too soon :)"

i call this week the week of contradiction.. sounds a bit sad and mysterious?? yea.. you're right.. it's definitely sad.. infact, i dont really know..
this week gave me the happiest moments so far in the year two thousand and eight.. and it's going to give me another sad moment accumulated in the year twenty o eight.. even writing this pierces my heart.. i could feel it ache, aching hard.. first, it was dai hong hong that left, den tongking.. some may ask, why don the friend of huachong leave too?? how about a bag of apples?? or would you prefer a refrigerator?? she danced quite well on farewell too.. lol.. wanna know why?? can go and ask weiting or annabel,,

well, i sure pity those taking written comm in chinese next sem.. wad can i say?? just jiayou lorr.. it's sad enough not to have tongking to teach us next year lerr.. be it con lang or advanced trans..

however, i do feel a sense of love and another family warmth.. this tym is really very very different..

from a teacher, a lecturer, who dont teach me anything and or rather has no chance to teach me, gets so close to me.. and it's drastic and real close.. from teacher-student to friends.. and now, we acknowledged each other as godbrothers.. can you imagine that?? he called me 永森弟弟. wow.. i was on cloud nine.. and i'm stiu on cloud nine.. really cant bear to see him leave.. it was very kind of him to give me his personal email after a process, i.e. he don wan me to call him a teacher.. haha.. sounds like ah liang.. but it's different.. totally different.. i oso got his handphone no. from someone that i shud keep a secret.. in other words confidential.. the handphone no. seemed useless as it will only be available till sunday. but it really did strengthen the relationship between us brothers..

Gor (tongking) will be bounding for bisbane on sunday for his further studies.. he don wan any of us to send him off as he hates parting.. he told none of his students the flight details.. of course, i wasnt allowed to know too.. but he hoped to see me in australia one day.. i did tell him before that i am intending to further my studies in the University of Queensland, Australia after my Diploma in Chinese Studies.. however, i do have a National Service stuck in between.. so it will take me at least half a decade to be there bahx..

anyway, went to school specially to take photographs with him.. shihui, the sao bao who wishes to become gor's godwife was there with jane.. i went to re-take the photos cos the previous ones were too blur.. called shihui along cos i knew she was a tongking fan.. maybe she shud set up a Tong King Fan Club, TKFC.. Shihui cried.. first tym i see her cry.. as usual, for the sake of tongking. could see in gor's face that he could not bear to leave us, jus like we could not bear to leave him..

to me, gor is a great and inspiring teacher..

WoW!! i am now at Ngee Ann Polytechnic School of Humanities.. just minutes ago, i felt tremors. i thought it was me who was swaying about and my head was rather dizzy.. called mediacorp news and found out that there was an earthquake somewhere in indonesia..

i was at bugis junction yesterday attending the new song release of my idol, JJ Lin Jun Jie..
got his new album, and it comes with a poster, notebook and a cornetto royale tiramisu ice cream.. wow.. worth it man..

i joined the JJFC-- JJ Fan Club..

that explains why i'm in the first three rows of the barricade..
in fact, only the fan club members are allowed to enter the barricade.. so it's damn cool..

wad's more, my lecturer from yes933, chen liyi was the host yesterday.. and she gave me the chance to answer the question when no one raised up their hands except me.. lol.. i won a poster.. but sadly there wasn't any signatures on it and it was similar to the previous one that i had exchanged for..

anyway, it was nice to see jj back in singapore.. loking very forward to see him on the 22nd march where he'll be here for an autograph session..

it has been one month ever since i last updated my blog post.
just added new features in my blog.. hope you like them.

over this one month,
many things happened.
my grandma admitted into NUH,
i joined a part-time office job,
my grandma passed away on october 2 which made me cried the whole week.

friendship has been going weak when school just started.
probably becos of the incident that happened a week ago.

on top of that,
my dear 6280 failed me on the wake of my grandma.

i saw a friendster comment today. the name tat a guy used to call a gal brought me back to the time of me and my ex-galfwen.
at that time, i din know wad to call her as the mushy names that others used to call their partner were very common. therefore, i used the name 'dardar', which meant darling. the relationship, sadly, only lasted for 21 days and she told me she was unsure if i really loved her. i was rather depressed for the next few days and weeks..
months passed, she returned and told me that she might want t come back to my side. i did not feel a single thing at that time. and i don wan her to feel miserable. i also din wan the same thing to happen again. therefore, i chose not to continue this relationship..

《窦娥冤》全稱《感天動地竇娥冤》，是元朝关汉卿的杂剧代表作，悲劇劇情取材自“东海孝妇”的民间故事。

i was rather pissed off that some people actually tried to use me. just because i got danny yeo's number. she actually demanded for danny's number in an impolite tone throuh the fone.. i was damn blardy freaked out. but i did not gave it to her as i thought it was rather impolite. i will have to go through danny's permission first before i give his contact to anyone. this is respect.

friendship seemed meaningless with respect. if you wan to take the number from me, at least let me know wad's happening. so that i can give without worrying and i could try to help if neccessary.

after reading my tagboard, u must be wondering wad is 'hao se sian ren'. this is a nickname the ngee ann secondary school students gave me during the NGEE ANN PRIMARY SCHOOL CHINESE CULTURAL CAMP. it means ‘好色仙人‘。this is because on wednesday night, zhihui, weexiang and i stayed up. then we saw one ngee ann sec guy sleepng and stretching, resulting in his butt touching the hip of the gal beside him. when he woke up, we tld him that h touched the gal and hugged her in his sleep larx...but of course we made thatup...den i asked if he used condoms and that he must take responsibility...in a joking manner...with that, they say hat i very yellow and gave me that nickname...really..cannot blame...coz they still secondary students...it's normal for them to have this mentality...

hahax...hi all,
currently at ngee ann primary school for their chinese cultural camp...quite a fun experience being a facilitator and being called a teacher by the primary school kids. i'm staying overnight tonight coz seniors gotta go home for a test tomorrow...there were fun and brainstorming games for the students to enjoy themselves and to learn more about chinese culture...although i scolded some students for not behaving themselves, i'm still well-respected...i'm involved in the play of the monkey god and i acted as er lang shen....hahax... fun...but i forgot my lines...so gotta refer to script...

今天在ngee ann alumni，我非常地不舒服。过后便把电脑拿出来，看了芷慧的布落格。当我看到一则肉麻的comments时，我感觉病情加重。一愤怒起来，把电脑大力的合上。心又沉重了。。。我的真病与心病要何时才能康复呢？？？？

我一直想把东西拿给她，但每次却没有机会。你也可以说我并没有把握机会。干哥已经给予我一些提醒了，但我却没有做到我应该做的。。天啊。。谁何时可以帮到我啊。。。。。。。。。。

我已经没有力气了。。但我也不想放弃。情敌的力量实在太大了。。。我也无法抵抗。

人生总是这样，喜欢作弄人。

我何时才能松口气，继续往前下去呢？？？

有没有人能够告诉我怎么去走下一步呢？？？

结果，树因为遵守之前的诺言，与花，猴子，兔子还有松鼠出去了。这时，树被困在一个尴尬的场面。本来是要去找一灯大师，却变成了不愉快的一天。。。树也发现了当天，它融入不进猴子他们的话题里。他很怕会演变成下一个“土它”。接着，在童话乐园里，猴子摘下了一颗苹果给了花。花喜出望外，顿时也让树的心沉重的坠落。树整天都没吭声，因为吭了也没人应。树始终摆脱不了尴尬女神。。。

今天，我到了新传媒电视去观看一年一度的一心一德伪善乐慈善晚会。非常乐意能够看到本地与海外艺人卖力的演出。除此之外，还与艺人拍照和索取签名。真难得。。希望往日还有这种机会。。。哈哈！！！

today, during dany yeo's lesson, we were given a test. i scored 9/10...haax..so happy..lol..
den we were asked to do a presentation on speech communication..our grup did quite well(in my opinion), but still, we got 75.5%...a B...dots.. den dany told us about his views on grades...

Mayflower Secondary School Concert Band strikes a SILVER in the Singapore Youth Festival Central Judging for Concert Bands. I feel that they DESERVE it. It is shameful to know that they are so not co-operative and lack of teamwork. The only thing they are good at is to gang up and bully the weak.
